We are here to revolutionise the remote work

Three years ago, Materialize was born in a complicated moment. Back then, companies were putting all the efforts in hiring full-stack professionals for their squads, so these workers could do all the developing job possible. Obsessed about keeping the employees inside the office as many hours as possible, the companies have been constructing large structures with playgrounds, fully equiped kithcens, bars, pets and more. The only item missing was a bed, so the employees could stay overnight and well, never actually go away. 

For us, that model has never been sustainable nor for the company, neither for the workers.

We believe work should adapt to our life and not the other way round. That’s why we have invested a lot of effort in changing the distopic and very close future. We decided to give professionals the opportunity to decide where, when and on what they want to work. It seemed impossible but the three of strongly believed in this idea.

We have tested the above mentioned approach and have failed many times, but we quickly corrected the failures and we since have improved our working model with help from our friends, IT specialists, as well as entrepreneurs, and then we were holding something truly valuable in our hands: a high performance model of outsourcing IT services.

In 2020, something improbable happened: a pandemics installed and we saw the entire world walking in a direction of a common place for us: the remote work. Due to circumstances, our pioneerism played in our favor and the bareers, once installed to question remote work, were removed. In 2020, the growth of Materialize was 500%.
Since then we are still growing and we work hard to refine even more our platform. We still don’t attend even 1% of tech professionals and companies in the world, but we are ambitious and compromised about bringing our solution for even the most remote places on the planet. 

We are aware about that path being a long one, but we also know that we have never been alone. We will always listen to every advice of a co-worker, partner, entrepreneur and investor who dream as big as we do.
